Do supplements work? There's a plethora of clinical research on various isolated ingredients and their effect within our bodies, but there is no definitive answer which covers every individual, because we all have different physiology and genetic makeup. Moreover, with multiple-ingredient supplements, it isn't possible to isolate what works and what doesn't. Supplements are not subject to the same regulatory standards and clinical trial testing as drugs. However, given our inherent conflict of interest, we would direct you to one of our favourite resources, which is Harvard Health, part of the Harvard Medical School. https://www.health.harvard.edu/

Has Supplemena conducted clinical trials? No. Clinical trials involving a sample of people of even less than 100 people, can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Most supplement brands that have conducted clinical trials, typically involve no more than 100 people, which we believe doesn't constitute sufficient statistical power to be meaningful. Instead, we implore all of our customers to take clinical-grade tests, both before and after 3-months of using our products, and to check their changes over time. We're working on using the data we collect and hope to eventually publish it on our Website, once we have overcome the obligatory legal challenges of doing so.

Can you prove your products work?No.... But we can get pretty close! We advise all of our male fertility supplement customers to take a full seminogram, prior to taking our products and after 3-months of use. We also advise our female customers to test all of the key hormones associated with pregnancy. For our daily multi-vitamin & immunity supplements customers, we suggest getting a Vitamin Deficiency Blood Test with either Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, and also running the same test after 3-months of use of our supplements. However, we will never be able to fully prove our products work, because there's no way of being able to isolate what the physiological change, given that nutrition is one of a number of contributing variables to your health at any given moment in time. We created Supplemena to be the "nudge", which might make the marginal difference towards your nutritional goals.
